Our amazing learning Summer 2:
Summer 2 Topic: Famous People
Summer 1 Topic: Minibeasts
Our topic for this half-term is minibeasts. We will be learning and writing about the ladybird's life cycle and creating our own story based on the 'Bad Tempered Ladybird' by Eric Carle. We will also write our recount of our trip to Norsey Wood. I wonder how many minibeasts in their microhabitats we will be able to spot when we are there?
To find out more about minibeasts through videos, games and other activities please visit:
On the 28th April we walked to Norsey Wood for our forest school session. We had lots of fun searching for minibeasts, building dens, using a saw to cut wood and even toasting marshmallows!
Our Amazing Learning Spring 2
